  • The system has to have active subscription to work.
  • The subscription price is based on 24/7 monitored service its the same price for the van alert system as it is the S5 tracker so get it before the prices go up
  • The price you pay not is not subject to price hikes and will remain the same for the life of the system
  • The 1 year warranty covers parts and labour for component failure. If you damage parts or want it moving from one vehicle to another there would be charges for this.
  • If you choose the additional warranty again it covers all parts and labour not misuse damage of parts.
  • Its network is dependent on a Multi-network SIM ( these sims use all networks to get signal).
  • If the alarm is activated, you get 2 phone calls back to back * a text message and a notification- if the alarm continuously alarms because a door is open you only continue to receive notifications
  • The siren goes off for 30 Seconds then stops for 5 mins then the system resets and It will activate again, and you will get 2 phone calls 1 text and notification and carry’s on like this
  • You have to make sure that the sensors have clear sight of all the areas of the van or they will not operate.
  • We are not responsible for damage the vehicle in general tools or any expense or liability should the system fail in any way
  • You get 100 calls and text allowance each month if you go over this we will contact you and they are charged at £0.20p per call/text.
